Ruth Ann Liebziet and Doreen Schramski both have over 30 years of experience, including over 20 years at our firm. Colleen Mulligan has an associates’ degrees in legal assisting and a bachelors’ degree in business administration. These three professionals provide litigation support, file management, and other assistance to our clients. Unlike other firms, staff at our firm are not assigned to attorneys; they are assigned to clients. That helps balance work-loads to optimize efficiency, improves quality control, and ensures that clients have a direct relationship with their manager of their file.

Colleen Mulligan has been with our firm for over 14 years and also serves as our firm’s business manager, which includes accounting, billing, marketing, and client relationships.

At Olson, Bzdok & Howard, we also take advantage of the latest technologies for a specialized law practice. These include using the best-available computer tools for communications and legal research. Our Research and Technology Consultant is Michele P. Howard, who has a Masters in Library Science from the University of Michigan and was formerly the Computer Services Librarian at Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. We also work to keep abreast of developments in environmental science and technology, and network with lawyers and professionals across the country. Through the innovative use of technology and personnel, we are able to offer the amenities of a large metropolitan law firm at substantially lower cost to our clients.
